Our investment objective is to make prudent investments in mortgages against real property located in Canada to generate sustainable and stable income while preserving investment capital for both individual and institutional investors.

RESCO MIC is led by a group of professionals with over 80 years of combined experience in banking, mortgage lending, real estate, land development, mutual funds, financial planning and risk management.
